The deep relaxation and altered state of consciousness achieved through these practices may temporarily impact your concentration and reaction times. Your safety is paramount, so please ensure you are fully alert and grounded before resuming such activities.
3. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
4. Subscription and Fees

9. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mini Mindful Moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
• Our total liability to you for any direct damages arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the use of the App in the past twelve months.
